Rapid rise in Zionist hostility in the United States
Anti-Semitic incidents in the United States reached record levels compared to last year
Anti-Semitic incidents in the United States have reached record levels over the past year.
According to the ADL, the leading Jewish organization in the United States, there were 2,107 Zionist incidents last year.
Of these, 1,127 cases of torture, 61 physical assaults and 919 robberies were recorded, with more than half occurring in New York.
These figures are the highest since the ADL began recording anti-Zionist events in 1979.
In 2018, 1879 anti-Zionist incidents took place and in 2019, they increased by 12%.
ADL officials warned in recent weeks that conspiracy theories about the corona virus outbreak in the United States could increase anti-Semitism in the country.
