250 artists, writers call on Israel to end siege of Gaza
More than 250 international artists and writers from around the world have called on Israel to end its siege of the West Bank.

Israel occupied the West Bank and East Jerusalem in 1967 after a six-day war, but later annexed East Jerusalem as part of its state, which was never recognized by the international community.
