The 69-year-old Turkish native of Mountain Lake, New Jersey, has degrees in medicine in Turkey, Switzerland, Canada and the United States.

In the US state of New Jersey, Turkish doctor Khalil Zaeem, who was treating Corona patients, was defeated by the virus.

Zayem, a 69-year-old Turkish man living in Mountain Lake, New Jersey, was reportedly infected with the virus and died at a hospital.

According to diplomatic sources, the virus has killed 19 Turkish citizens in the United States, 19 in New York, three in Chicago and one in Florida.
