In the month of Ramadan, what is considered obligatory on Iftar is the date palm ... but the truth is that it should be a part of life forever.

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) tel us:
Whoever eats seven dates in the morning, magic and poison will not harm him on that day. (Sahih Bukhari)

Regarding the date, our beloved Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said that this fruit is from heaven and it is healed by poison.

The date is also called the fruit of happiness. That is why it has been a common practice to use it as a dessert since ancient times.

Eating dates cures many heart ailments and cures diseases. Soak a few dates in water overnight and eat it twice a week in the morning and it will give you peace of mind. Will also bring salvation.

It relieves constipation. It is very beneficial to feed dates to people whose intestines do not work. It not only eliminates constipation but also stimulates the intestines.

This is a great way for people who want to gain weight ... if you mix it in milk and drink its shake, you will start gaining weight in a few days.

A gum comes out of a palm tree which is best for relieving inflammation of the intestines, kidneys and urinary tract.

If you eat dates regularly, you will get rid of bad breath.

People think that its effect is hot but it has nothing to do with reality ..... its effect is cool but it is necessary to take care of some things to eat it . Yes, they should not take too much of it .

If you drink two dates and a glass of milk in sehri in Ramadan, it will be a powerful sehri.
