According to Pakistan Army Public Relations (ISPR), a landmine exploded near FC's vehicle in Machh area of Balochistan. The FC vehicle was returning from normal patrolling duty. In Ketch area of Balochistan, terrorists exchanged fire with Pakistan Army personnel in which soldiers were martyred.
Deputy Subedar Ehsanullah Khan, Naik Zubair Khan, Naik Ijaz Ahmed, Naik Maula Bakhsh, Naik Noor Mohammad and driver Abdul Jabbar were also among the personnel martyred in both the incidents.
