Anti-Israel rally to be held on Quds Day despite epidemic in Tehran: Iran
Iranian President Hassan Rouhani has said that a rally will be held in Tehran on the occasion of the annual Quds Day.
In a speech on state TV, the Iranian president said that because of the epidemic, people would march on foot, not on foot.
Special instructions have been prepared for the city of Tehran because Tehran is in the red zone and no Friday prayer gatherings are taking place.
During a meeting to combat the corona virus, President Rouhani said that the Iranian Revolutionary Guards should take responsibility on Quds Day and ensure that rallies are held from one place to another.
Every year on the last Friday of Ramadan, Iran celebrates Solidarity with the Palestinians and Al-Quds Day against Israel.
