Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah confirmed that 1353 new cases have come to light in the last 24 hours after which the number of victims in the province rose to 34,889.

He said that 984 new cases have come to light in Karachi.

In his statement, he said that 40 more patients died today, the highest number ever.

He said that after these deaths, the total number of deaths in Sindh has risen to 615.

Murad Ali Shah said that 16,487 patients are currently undergoing treatment out of which 370 are in critical condition.

He said that today 1005 more patients recovered and went home after which the number of cured patients has reached 17 thousand 787 so far.
