Vice President Mike Pence will stay away from President Trump
US Vice President Mike Pence has decided to distance himself from President Donald Trump for a few days.
The White House has said that Vice President Mike Pence, whose press secretary tested positive for Corona, has decided to stay away from President Trump for a few days, according to AFP.
White House Press Secretary Kelly McKinney said Vice President Pence, who heads the White House Corona Task Force, made the decision on his own.
I just want to say that it is their personal decision to do so. How many days they will do this will be the vice president's own decision
It should be noted that US President Trump had said that Vice President Pence's Corona test is negative.
Corona virus has killed more than 80,000 people in the United States.
A reporter also asked a White House spokesman why he did not wear a mask. McKinney replied that he was far from the reporters who were all wearing masks.
My Corona test was negative today and it was negative yesterday," McKinney said. I'm healthy.
Three high-profile members of the White House Corona Task Force have quarantined themselves, according to AFP. They include Infection Disease Expert Anthony Fossey.
