Journalist and analyst Kamran Khan termed the fall in prices of petroleum products as the beginning of inflation in Pakistan.



In his message on Twitter, Kamran Khan said, Alhamdulillah, inflation has started falling in Pakistan. Today, after a big reduction, petrol has become cheaper by Rs 30 and diesel by Rs 42 in five weeks.

He said that in the next few days, everything would be cheaper, interest rates would be reduced and a full implementation of the package for the construction sector would ensure economic recovery in 2020.

It may be recalled that on Thursday, the government has significantly reduced the prices of petroleum products, which came into effect on May 1, 2020 at 12 noon. The price of petrol has been reduced by Rs 15 per liter after which the new price of petrol has been reduced to Rs 81.58 per liter. The price of high speed diesel has been reduced by Rs 27.15 per liter to Rs 80.10 per liter. The price of oil has been reduced the most by Rs 30.01, followed by kerosene from Rs 77.45 to Rs 47.44 per liter. The price of light diesel has also been reduced by Rs 15 and the new price is Rs 47.51 per liter. Has been set.
