According to the news agency, the report was prepared by a think tank and the Chinese Institute for International Relations (CIICIR). A Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman said he did not have the relevant information.

The report says that anti-China sentiment in Tiananmen Square in 1989 sparked anti-China sentiment worldwide, with the Corona virus being the first time anti-China sentiment has been on the rise.
