A teacher who gave examples of Pakistan while teaching in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, india has been suspended.

The material sent to the online class included examples such as 'Pakistan is our dear homeland'.

An investigation into the matter has begun. The female teacher says she did it by mistake and has apologized for it.

Two days ago, Shadab Khanum, a public school teacher in Gorakhpur, sent a few examples of nouns to children in a fourth-grade online class in the WhatsApp group.

These included a few examples that the children's parents strongly objected to. According to the allegations, some of the examples sent by Shadab Khanum were 'Pakistan is our dear homeland', 'I will join Pakistan Army' and 'Minhas was a Brave Soldier'.

In addition to the parents, the school administration also strongly objected to these examples.

School administrator Pratap Singh told the BBC: "We sent a notice to the teacher to explain the reason. He was subsequently suspended and will not be allowed to teach until his response is forthcoming. We have formed a committee of four school teachers to investigate the matter and have also informed the District School Proctor and the District Basic Education Officer.

Teacher Shadab Khanum says that she gave examples by searching on Google, but as soon as the parents of the children objected, they apologized in the WhatsApp group.
